Please find bellow rules and terms for using our service. Our registered name is Mahavir Infotech, Site Studio is a product of Mahavir Infotech.

• Acceptance of Terms. By using the Website Builder Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Website Builder Service.
• Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Website Builder Service after any changes to the Terms will mean that you accept those changes.
• Account Eligibility. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.
• Payment Terms. Subscriptions to the Website Builder Service are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you choose. Payment is due in advance. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be refunded for any unused time.
• Refunds. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions to the Website Builder Service. However, if you are not satisfied with the service, you may cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged for any additional months.  If you have any issue regarding our service then you can terminate service within 7 days of your subscription and your amount will be fully refunded in next 5 working days.
• Content. You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Website Builder Service. We do not claim ownership of any content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Website Builder Service. However, by uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting content through the Website Builder Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content.
• Prohibited Use. You agree not to use the Website Builder Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You also agree not to use the Website Builder Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website Builder Service or interfere with the use of the Website Builder Service by others.
• Termination. We may terminate your account for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment of fees; (c) inactivity; or (d) if we believe that your use of the Website Builder Service is harmful to us or our users.
• Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website Builder Service.
• General. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, using the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration award will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgement in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• Cancellations. if customer cancels of unsubscribes our service within 7 days of subscription then full amount will be refunded within next 5 working days, if they cancel after 7 days of use then subscription will not be changed any further but refund will not be made from our side.
